Terminate or extend registration for VIPP/VIPP-SD Training Participants

VIPP/VIPP-SD Training Participants are registered by the trainer as "in-training" from the start of a VIPP/VIPP-SD Basic Training.

The registration is valid for a year, after which the registration is either terminated or has changed into an extended registration as "active" VIPP-SD Intervener or "active" VIPP Research Intervener, if the supervised practice part of the training was concluded successfully. 

If you require more than a year to finish the practice part of the training you can ask the involved supervisor or trainer to extend the registration for another year or if the involved supervisor or trainer agrees, use this form to request this yourself.

You should always contact the involved supervisor or trainer to arrange for supervision, VIPP-SD International cannot help you with that.

If you do not want to proceed with the practice part of the training and wish to terminate the registration, use this form.

When the registration is ended, you can only be re-registered by participating in a training again,

There is no refund of payments relating to manual, training or registration.

For security reasons termination or extension will only be executed after validation, which will take a while, please be patient.

It is not allowed to request a termination or extension more than once per 24 hours.

Only VIPP-SD and VIPP professionals, registered as active or in-training, have access to our web portals.

VIPP/VIPP-SD professionals with a terminated registration will no longer be informed about news and developments.
