Personal data
Except in the Webshop, where your address and phone number might be used for logistical and financial reasons, VIPP-SD International only records a limited data set. You can change your Webshop personal data directly in your personal account.
Outside the Webshop, VIPP-SD International records your name, work details, country, nationality, email addresses and VIPP/VIPP-SD related information.
Other organisations or persons, involved in VIPP/VIPP-SD might also record and use your personal data. If you want to make changes there, you should contact these organisations or persons directly.
We use your name in communication, on certificates (or qualifications) and in the VIPP/VIPP-SD registration system.
If you want to change your name or other personal data, you can request for a change, using this form.
The data will be changed in the registration system, in our future communication and on future certificates, but obviously not on certificates, already provided.
If you find an error in your name on a recently produced certificate, report to your trainer or supervisor and ask for correction.
If you want to change your email address(es), used by VIPP-SD International, use the Form - reset email.
Keep in mind that certain rules apply for the format of names.
NAME FORMAT RULES
On our certificates and other documents we use English, with names only in West-European characters (ISO-9959-1 /Latin-1).
The total number of characters in the name (first and last name together) should not exceed 50.
The total number of elements (separated by a space) in the name (first and last name together) should not exceed 6.
If too many elements in a name, use call name only as first name or connect elements with a hyphen (-).
Never use a comma (,) or a dot (.) in a name.
Contact our datamanager to decide what to do in situations where you cannot provide a name within the mentioned limitations.
Leave a box empty if you do not want to change that specific content!
For security reasons, your personal data will be changed only after validation, which will take a while, please be patient.
It is not allowed to change your data more than once per 24 hours.
