Deactivate, terminate or reactivate as a VIPP/VIPP-SD professional

* If you are no longer active as a VIPP/VIPP-SD professional, you should deactivate or terminate your registration, by using this form.

* If you are recently deactivated but want to be active again, you can request for reactivation of your registration, by using this form.

* If your registration is already terminated, you cannot reactivate it through this form.

Please use your primary email address, as known to the system.

You will receive a copy of the request form to check if your email address works properly. If you do not receive a copy, please try again with a correct email address.

For security reasons, deactivation, termination or reactivation will only be executed after validation, which will take a while, please be patient.

It is not allowed to request a deactivation, termination or reactivation more than once per 24 hours.

Only VIPP/VIPP-SD professionals, registered as active, have access to our web shop and services.
