Personal data
In our webshop, your personal data, such as name, address and phone number might be used for logistical and financial reasons.
You can view and adapt the webshop personal data directly in your personal webshop account.
Apart from the webshop, VIPP-SD International uses your name, country, nationality and email addresses in communication, on certificates (or qualifications) and in the VIPP/VIPP-SD registration system.
If you want to know which personal data we have in our administration, you can request for a view and adapt it if you want.

If you make changes to your name, we will use the new name in our future communication and on future certificates, but obviously not on certificates, already provided. (If you find an error in your name on a recently produced certificate, report to your trainer or supervisor and ask for correction). Keep in mind that rules apply for the format of names.
NAME FORMAT RULES
On our certificates and other documents we use English, with names only in West-European characters (ISO-9959-1 /Latin-1).
The total number of characters in the name (first and last name together) should not exceed 50.
The total number of elements (separated by a space) in the name (first and last name together) should not exceed 6.
If too many elements in a name, use call name only as first name or connect elements with a hyphen (-).
Never use a comma (,) or a dot (.) in a name.
Contact our datamanager to decide what to do in situations where you cannot provide a name within the mentioned limitations.
Your VIPP/VIPP-SD Trainer or training organisation might also record and use your personal data, this is not under responsibility of VIPP-SD International. If you want to make changes there, you should contact the involved trainer or organisation.
For security reasons, data will be changed only after validation, which will take a while, please be patient.
It is not allowed to ask for a view of personal data more than once per 24 hours.
